Frustration is when you feel upset or annoyed because something is not going the way you want it to. For example, imagine you are trying to build a tall tower with blocks, but it keeps falling down. You might feel frustrated because you wanted the tower to stay up, but it keeps falling. That feeling of being upset or annoyed is frustration.
